Hey Everyone,

I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving Holiday whether it be with friends, family or your pets.  This time of year is a very special time, an emotional time, a time to make memories and cherish past memories, a time to share with friends and family and most of all, to share around the “tables of plenty” no matter where we look.

To help yourself it is of VITAL importance to PLAN PLAN PLAN!!
We are planning vacations, parties, time with friends, time with family, time to shop, time to give gifts, time to volunteer…. and YES time to exercise and YES time to continue to eat healthy.  This time of year more than most we are consuming higher calories and therefore our workout time becomes even more IMPORTANT.

So….. Put workout time in your calendar right next to that party.

Additionally…. While you are planning those great treats for the neighbors, co-workers and family make a plan and shop for foods for yourself that will keep you on track.  If the healthy food you need is there you will most likely reach for it.  It is when we are caught without a PLAN that the bulge begins to BUILD!!!!!
