What do I wear my first training session?

  • Comfortable workout clothing, socks, athletic shoes that you can tie and will give your feet support. And wear that workout towel around your neck to add to your confidence.

What should I bring to my training sessions?

  • Workout towel, water, and an attitude ready to work, and if it’s a bad day bring humor.

What if I don’t like my trainer?

  • Then say so and we will try to figure it out, and if that doesn’t work for you go find someone else who can make a positive difference for you. No hard feelings. Connections are everything.

Do I need to buy any fancy equipment?

  • No, your trainer will provide equipment necessary. If specialized equipment is necessary the trainer will discuss this with you.

Do I have to pay for the sessions before I begin?

  • Well they are not free. You pay the day you meet with your trainer.

Can I purchase multiple sessions?

  • Absolutely!!!! Yes, the more you purchase the more you save.

Do you carry Liability Insurance?

  • Yes.  We are fully insured through ACSM Insurance Program – Hayes Affinity Program.

Should I train if I am sick?

  • You should contact your trainer to discuss the pros and cons of training while sick. Trainers can’t work if they are sick so treat with care.

If I cancel a session do still have to pay for it?

  • No, not if the cancelation is made at least 24 hours prior to the session date and time.
  • If it is less than 24 hours, the trainer may charge the session fee. Trainer’s time is valuable as well.  If less than 24 hour notice is given the trainer may not have time to schedule someone else, hence being left holding the ball. That’s no fun.
