Personal Training for Two

Often times training with just one other person creates a safe and effective environment and still allows for 1:1 personal training to be effective.  Couples find that training together is key to supporting each other in living a healthy lifestyle.  Training for two is an affordable option to receiving the personal touch of 1:1 training. Training for two is offered in local parks, in home or in a contract gym when available in your area.

Group Training

Serban-0631Training in small groups allows you to utilize the energy of the other clients to your advantage.  The group setting allows for partner training and a healthy dose of competition. Group training often takes place in local parks where we take advantage of the natural surroundings of the area.
