The ONERO™ program is led by Clinical Supervisor - Deb Serban, Onero Licensee, MS CTRS, ACSM-CPT, a seasoned health and fitness professional with experience since 2008. In 2015, her work became more focused on aging and bone health through a partnership with UCSD’s Exercise and Physical Activity Resource Center (EPARC), contributing to clinical research on exercise for adults over 50.
Deb holds a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation, an M.S. in Rehabilitation, and is an ACSM-certified Personal Trainer. As one of the first licensed ONERO™ practitioners on the West Coast, she integrates science-backed strategies into every session.
