Those concerned about bone health or managing conditions like Osteoporosis will find evidence-based, successful treatment options at Serban Wellness and Fitness. Onero uses extensive scientific evidence with specific exercises that directly target bone health by increasing bone density, shaping bone architecture, and strengthening muscles. When practiced consistently with a trained specialist, Onero bone-health gains provide significant evidence of decreased falls and risk of fracture.

Bone health is crucial for everyone, especially those at risk for bone-related conditions such as osteopenia and osteoporosis. Osteoporosis primarily affects individuals aged 50 and above and accounts for over 2 million fractures annually in the US. Approximately 80% of all osteoporosis diagnoses are women, and post-menopausal women account for 80% of that number. Its impact can be devastating, often resulting in a major loss of independence. Despite numerous Osteoporosis medications that show promising outcomes in both research and clinical settings, this prevalent bone disorder remains a significant health concern.
While research loosely supports some treatments, Onero has been in a class of its own as an innovative and proven exercise program evidenced by consistently solid scientific results since 2013. Debbie’s extensive training, years of experience, and unique background combines with over a decade of research to back this successful program. Debbie is beyond eager to offer her clients all the benefits Onero has to offer.
