Optimal aging is a science-based approach to bone health, strength, and longevity, designed to help adults age with confidence, independence, and resilience. While aging is inevitable, how you age, especially your bone density, muscle strength, and balance, is highly influenced by the right kind of exercise.

What I love most is watching clients grow stronger than they ever thought possible. I see confidence return. I see fear soften. I see people surpass what they were told by doctors, experts, or even themselves was achievable.
I’ve always been drawn to creativity through movement. Early in my career as a recreation therapist, I worked with children and adults with a wide range of abilities, using movement and play to help them navigate real-life challenges. That experience shaped how I see the body, not as fragile, but as adaptable and capable.
Earning my Master’s degree in rehabilitation deepened my understanding of how the body changes over time and strengthened my passion for working with people who thought their situation was “too complicated.” Together, we build a clear, supportive path through aging, one grounded in strength, education, and trust.
I work with clients in their 30s through their 90s, including individuals in their 90s who are strong, confident, and fully engaged in life. They are living proof that aging does not mean shrinking.
